With seven years in Talent Acquisition spanning my time at ClearTax and now as I begin my journey at Pine Labs. I’ve learned that the most meaningful impact often happens in the invisible spaces between interview stages. My role goes far beyond sourcing profiles; it’s about enabling hiring managers by managing the behind-the-scenes complexity, market insights, talent availability, compensation benchmarks and candidate engagement.
While hiring managers assess skills and fit, TA acts as the bridge, selling the vision, maintaining momentum, and balancing business needs with candidate expectations. I strongly believe hiring works best when TA and business teams operate as one, combining structured decision-making with empathy.
